Quality Policy

Alba Sensors was established to provide the best quality of High-Temperature equipments to industries across the Globe. Based in Mumbai, India, we have been a trusted name for Quality Management in all the products we have our footfall in.

Alba Sensors is equipped with ISO 9001 certification apart from the various tests we conduct even before our manufacturing processes.

Quality is important to our business because we value our customers. We strive to provide our customers with products and services which meet and even exceed their expectations.

We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System which provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance.


Quality Management in procurement :

Procure from the trusted sources

Alba is known for trusting and working with their selected vendors. This helps us maintain the good quality and finish we offer.

Manual Inspection

We trust our sources thoroughly. To avoid unfortunate errors, we manually inspect each and every object that enters our facility.

Rejection

All the material that doesn’t meet our quality expectations are rejected. All the rejected material is sent back from where it comes. Only fresh, Quality controlled and thoroughly tested material goes ahead for production.

Quality Management in production process :
  • In-House testing : Every equipment ever manufactured has been tested by our executives before it leaves for dispatch. At Alba, we believe that a good customer base can only be built by providing the best quality every single time.
  • 3rd Party Testing : We, unlike other companies allow our customers to opt for a 3rd party testing. This gives them utmost trust on the quality they pay for.
  • Regular audit of our internal processes.
Quality Management post sales :
  • Regular customer feedback : We’re not just limited to - “Buy our good Quality products”. We’re more about - “Hey, Try our product, inspect it and give us a feedback”. This not only helps us know if you are happy with the product quality, but also helps us understand customer expectations.
  • Training and development for our employees : We are a team of well experienced people with a wide-experience in Heat-treatment operations. We believe everyday is an opportunity of do better than yesterday.

Our internal procedures are reviewed regularly and are held in a Quality Manual which is made available to all employees.

Although the senior management has ultimate responsibility for Quality, all employees have a responsibility within their own areas of work to help ensure that Quality is embedded within the whole of the company.
